Day 1: The Price of Natural Capital
Topic : The worth of Nature versus the value; Optimal Land use; Problems with the Planning system; Waste disposal and the circular economy.

Speaker : Dr Robin Russell-Jones, organiser of the Mayday C4 events. Dr Taina Strike (BVSc MSc (Wild Animal Health) DipECZM (ZHM) MRCVS European Veterinary Specialist in Zoological Medicine (Zoo Health Management) EAZWV Chair Ethics and Welfare Working group Zoo Veterinary Officer) will talk about ZSL's veterinary involvement in conservation and bringing species back from the brink of extinction.
